WORKPLACE WELLNESS

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. It is a safe and gentle healing modality that utilizes the laying on of hands. Reiki means "universal life force energy". The Reiki master increases the vibration frequency of this energy and channels it to the receiver in order to promote spiritual, physical and mental well-being.

Discover the power of healing that we all possess: physical, emotional, spiritual. Whether you want to become a professional healer or just want to heal yourself, share with friends and family or add it to your existing health care practice, each course is an uplifting and educational experience. Certificates are issued for each course level as well as a manual for home study and review.

ABOUT BRENDA CYT, RT-CRA

To grow into the multifaceted healer and therapist that I have become, I began my journey into the world of alternative lifestyles and healing at the age of 14 with the science of yoga. Yoga for me has been a lifelong practice in understanding human energy movement, philosophy and personal development.  Yogic lifestyle includes physical movement, breath work, diet, meditation, positive thinking and relaxation.
