PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS - Individuals or groups
Private lessons are ideal for busy professionals who are unable to commit to a regular group class, and especially for people that value personal attention and instruction. Private lessons are 60 minutes in length, or as required for your needs. In studio or at your workplace.
Private yoga lessons can also be used as a therapy for stress related disorders, improving cardio vascular function, back and neck pain, sciatica, arthritis, hormonal imbalance, joint problems and post surgical joint replacement.

Chair Yoga is for people of all ages who have limited mobility resulting from various issues such as sports injuries, post surgery, joint replacements, arthritis, fibromyalgia, stroke recovery, cardiovascular disorders and more. Each class ends with breath work and a mini meditation. Chair Yoga is also excellent in the workplace to reduce stress, increase mental clarity and productivity.

SAFE YOGA BACK BENDS

Yoga back bends are often called "The Fountain of Youth".If you sit at a desk often, you need back bends! When executed with proper awareness they can help alleviate back, neck and shoulder pain, as well as respiratory and cardiovascular disorders. Back bends greatly improve posture, which gives one a youthful appearance and increased vigor and vitality.
MOVING DEEPER INTO SEATED POSES

With focus on proper alignment and use of breath one can safely increase flexibility, release back, hip and leg pain and stiffness. Seated poses take mental focus inward calming the nervous system and mind leaving one with a greater sense of peace and joy. A great way to prepare for meditation, or a sound sleep.

Fundamentals Of Standing Poses -
Learn the proper use of energy and alignment for grounding and expanding to create space in all joints. This leads to improved posture, increased strength and flexibility, relieving back, hip, knee, ankle pain. Strengthens the feet, improves balance and cardiovascular health.
Working within each individual's limitations, Brenda will teach the theory used in all practices - from the simplest to more advanced postures, enabling one to find the joy and unique health benefits that Hatha Yoga offers us.
All levels welcome. Class size is limited to 5 participants to focus on each individual's personal needs.
