PRIVATE YOGA LESSONS - Individuals
Now available via Zoom

Private lessons are ideal for busy professionals or those unable to commit to a regular group class, and especially for people that value personal attention and instruction. Private lessons are  60 minutes in length, or as required for your needs. 

Private yoga lessons can also be used as a therapy for stress related disorders, improving cardio vascular function, back and neck pain, sciatica, arthritis, hormonal imbalance, joint problems and post surgical joint replacement.

$100.00 per hour pre payment required to receive class link by email

HEALING HATHA YOGA

Dates:

Tuesday and Thursdays, 10:00 - 11:00am EST  |  $12 per class (HST incl.)

Basic Healing Hatha Yoga practices that just might save your life during the COVID epidemic. Stretching, Strengthening, Breath work and Relaxation.

Please pay for your classes in advance, indicating which day or both.

All levels welcomed suggested modifications will be offered.

RECEIVE HELP WITH YOGA!

Get fit, healed and relaxed safely. Join Brenda Bell for weekly yoga classes that focus on the needs of women aged 25 and over. These classes limited to 12 students, allow time for personal attention, which will lead to increased self confidence and the ability to achieve personal goals.

All levels welcomed, suggested modifications will be offered.

Brenda is available to teach private classes for individuals or groups up to 10 via Zoom

Chair Yoga is for people of all ages who have limited mobility resulting from various issues such as sports injuries, post surgery, joint replacements, arthritis, fibromyalgia, stroke recovery, cardiovascular disorders and more. Each class ends with breath work and a mini meditation. Chair Yoga is also excellent in the workplace to reduce stress, increase mental clarity and productivity.

RELAX AND REJUVENATE

Friday May 15th

Release mental and physical stress with gentle stretches, supported poses and breath work. This type of practice leaves one feeling refreshed and energized while inducing mental calm and clarity. Excellent for those with stress related disorders such as insomnia, anxiety, depression, improves cardiovascular and respiratory conditions and relieves arthritic pain.

 



 

MOVING DEEPER - SEATED POSES

Friday, June 12th

With focus on proper alignment and use of breath one can safely increase flexibility, release back, hip and leg pain and stiffness. Seated poses take mental focus inward calming the nervous system and mind leaving one with a greater sense of peace and joy. A great way to prepare for meditation, or a sound sleep.

Fundamentals Of Standing Poses -

Learn the proper use of energy and alignment for grounding and expanding to create space in all joints. This leads to improved posture, increased strength and flexibility, relieving back, hip, knee, ankle pain. Strengthens the feet, improves balance and cardiovascular health.

Working within each individual's limitations, Brenda will teach the theory used in all practices - from the simplest to more advanced postures, enabling one to find the joy and unique health benefits that Hatha Yoga offers us.

All levels welcome. Class size is limited to 5 participants to focus on each individual's personal needs. 

Please consult with Brenda before registration if you have had no previous experience.
