Private lessons are ideal for busy professionals or those unable to commit to a regular group class, and especially for people that value personal attention and instruction. Private lessons are 60 minutes in length, or as required for your needs.

Private yoga lessons can also be used as a therapy for stress related disorders, improving cardio vascular function, back and neck pain, sciatica, arthritis, hormonal imbalance, joint problems and post surgical joint replacement.

12 POSES FOR STRONG BONES
Via Zoom Live and Interactive in the comfort of your own home.
Tuesdays Ongoing (eight week fee cycle)
Time: 3:00 - 4:00 pm EST

Age positively with new mental and physical awareness.
For men and women aged 40 and over who are in average fitness ability, any shape or size and want to journey into yoga safely with confidence.
These classes are focusing on preventing Osteoporosis, or progression of Osteoporosis and also for those with Arthritis.
Safe variations of the basic yoga postures are offered for individual needs while improving balance which is important for preventing falls and bone fractures. Improve organ function which leads to better cardiovascular and respiratory health.

Breath work and techniques for deep relaxation are done at the end of each class to reduce stress, boost the immune system and cellular regeneration.
All levels are welcome.

Introducing variations of the basic postures and other traditional postures that develop core muscle strength to improve posture and balance which is important for preventing falls and bone fractures.
Improved posture develops a more youthful appearance and internal vigor.

Instruction for various personal needs is always taken into consideration, and more advanced breath work and techniques for deep relaxation.

Each class ends with breath work and a mini meditation. Chair Yoga is also excellent in the workplace to reduce stress, increase mental clarity and productivity.

SAFE YOGA BACKBENDS

If you sit at a desk a lot then you need back bends!
When executed with proper awareness they can help alleviate back, neck and shoulder pain as well as respiratory, cardiovascular disorders. Back bends greatly improve posture which gives one a youthful appearance as well as increased vigor and vitality.

Release mental and physical stress with gentle stretches, supported poses and breath work. This type of practice leaves one feeling refreshed and energized while inducing mental calm and clarity. MOVING DEEPER - SEATED POSES

With focus on proper alignment and use of breath one can safely increase flexibility, release back, hip and leg pain and stiffness. Seated poses take mental focus inward calming the nervous system and mind leaving one with a greater sense of peace and joy. A great way to prepare for meditation, or a sound sleep.
